The multiplicity of Quranic readings, the occurrence of the phenomenon and the inevitability of the inimitability

Abstract

The research tries to differentiate between two attitudes concerning the multiplicity of the Quranic readings, the first one affirms that it is relating with continuity of the version of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), while the second one does not relate it to the Prophet and the heritage of Ahlul-bait (peace be upon them). The research explains the evidences for both instances whether what was established through the support of recitations or what was conflicted with the language principles and the Quranic inimitability with imposes that the recitation should be in one version, no difference in the text as it was come and approves the inimitability
