مناقب العباس بن عبد المطلب عم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فيها الايناس عمدة الناس وصنف فيها أبو بكر ابن أبي الدنيا ثم أبو الحسين بن المظفر ثم أبو القاسم حمزة ابن يوسف السهمي ثم أبو القاسم إسماعيل بن أحمد السمرقندي ثم أبو طاهر السلفي ( ).

Abstract

 Many researchers and scholars in Islamic history tried to research the biography of Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib, the uncle of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and God and peace), so they wrote in his personal biography from his birth until his death, and who wrote about this character Abu Taher Al-Salafi (d. 576 AH), and the title was  His authorship "A summary of the manners of Sidi al-Abbas Ibn Abd al-Muttalib, the uncle of the Prophet, may God Almighty be upon him, and he was pleased with him." After studying this manuscript, I began to search its phrase after matching it and reviewing it with the texts that the owner of the manuscript referred to, such as Al-Bukhari, Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Asaker, Al-Khatib, Samarkandy, and other names that he mentioned.  An attempt by us to document and explain it in order to be considered a simple part added to the history books that touched on such a character
