This study illustrates how important the role of the activity document management system is in the implementation of strategic documentary governance with in organizations that manage a great deal of documentation and information, By demonstrating the importance of working in accordance with international established standards in this regard. It also reviews how to deal with this documentary explosion by adopting a documentary policy that contributes to decision-making, monitors and stream lines processes related to activity documents, and supports the process of continuous improvement of the document management system and its integration into other management systems. The study also touched up on a range of tools that would help the organization move towards establishing documentary governance that would be profitable and useful
