تداعيات الثورة البلشفية 1917 على السياسات الدولية: أثرها في سياسة الاسترضاء البريطانية تجاه ألمانيا 1918-1922

الملخص

عالجت العديد من الدراسات الآثار الكبيرة والواسعة النطاق للثورة البلشفية في روسيا (1917) سياسياً واقتصادياً واجتماعياً وحتى دبلوماسياً، وقدمت تقريرات وأحكام سياسية ذات أفق تاريخي واسع، على الرغم من ذلك بقيت بعض جوانب تأثيرات الثورة بحاجة الى قراءات اخرى، لأهميتها في توجيه المسارات الدبلوماسية للدول الكبرى. هذا البحث محاولة لاكتشاف مديات تأثير الثورة البلشفية في الاحداث التي شهدتها المانيا (1918-1919) ومحاولة الاشتراكيين المتطرفين محاكاة التجربة البلشفية في روسيا، ونوع استجابة حكومة ديفيد لويد جورج David Lloyd George البريطانية (1918-1922) وطبيعتها لتلك الأحداث التي مثلت تهديدا خطيرا للمصالح والأهداف الاستراتيجية البريطانية فضلا عن ثوابت سياستها الاوربية، مما دفعها الى تبني سياسة الاسترضاء نمطا دبلوماسيا للتعامل مع المانيا، خلافا للاتجاه العام لكتابات الباحثين والمؤرخين المختصين بسياسة بريطانيا الاوربية التي تذهب الى ان العمل بالاسترضاء كان السمة المميزة للدبلوماسية البريطانية في مرحلة الثلاثينيات وليس في هذه المرحلة المبكرة.
